Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in original packaging.

Please note that we will not cover return shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be charged on returns.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost or stolen packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly if you believe your delivery was mis-scanned, lost, or stolen.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require notice and photos of damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt.


Non-returnable items
We will not return goods that have been used or not in the original packaging.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
