Shipping policy

Orders ship within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your order. Delivery time varies by location and shipping method; ground shipping typically takes 3-4 days while express shipping typically takes 1-2 days. You'll promptly be notified by email if an item is back-ordered or out of stock. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O., or F.P.O. For any inquiries, contact service@hosteraga.com.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item in its shipping box. Email the details to service@hosteraga.com, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
